Refreshing the brand and digital presence of Lightfi
User experience (UX)
Lightfi enables commercial spaces to save on energy and create healthy workspaces through the use of real time occupancy data, integrated with building management system. The start-up needed to update its brand, website and content strategy to get ready for its next stage of growth.
Qualitative research helped to refine the value proposition and the user personas. The website and content strategy were driven by insights gathered at this stage.

Brand strategy and design
We used our lean human-centered branding process to refresh Lightfi's brand. This involved creating a visual identity by creating mood boards, a brand book, updating the logo and setting the palette and typography.
UX and UI of client data platform
We designed and tested user journeys, wireframes and responsive screens for Lightfi basic and admin end-users (facility managers).
