We're a consultancy on a mission to help scale people and planet-friendly innovation by creating outstanding user experiences.

Our services include user research, user experience and service design, marketing strategy and implementation support.

Our clients are mainly purpose led start-up in the early stages of their journey. We also occasionally work with non-profits.

During our first 3 years of existence, we have worked with great clients, building up a small but mighty team of experts, thought leadership, events and solid credentials.

We are now looking to go to grow and further deliver our vision of a collective of experts on a mission to use their skills to accelerate people and planet-friendly innovation.

The role

We are looking for a senior User Experience Design expert to join us as a partner, contributing to our business development efforts while being a billable resource.

We are looking for an expert with an established network in the impact space willing to join forces with like-minded people, ideally spending a minimum of 50% of their time selling and delivering projects for the C Collective. 

This entrepreneurial role can be shaped according to the profile and needs of the candidate,

Your responsibilities

• Contribute to the profitable growth of the C Collective

  • Become an ambassador of the business

  • Contribute to our brand through thought leadership production and participation to events

  • Actively develop our reach in the impact entrepreneur / tech for good community to create awareness, relationships and leads.

• Cost and scope client projects – working with the CEO and our pool of Brand, Copywriting and UX experts.

• Deliver UX projects or oversee their delivery

• Contribute to the C Collective vision and strategy

 

Key skills and attitudes

• A genuine interest to work in the social and environmental impact space.

• An experience of delivering work in this sector.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience ideally in UX, product/service design, design thinking in a consultancy / freelance capacity.

• Great interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationship with clients and resources.

• Comfortable with business development / sales.

• Good presentation and public speaking skills.

• Managerial experience would be a plus.

• Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.

 

Location

Remote, located in the UK or Europe, with occasional meetings in London.

 

Salary

This is an entrepreneurial role, where you will have to generate projects where your time is billable.

£400-475 per billable days, depending on experience.

3-5% equity after a successful trial period.
